Animated Short Form Videos for Social Media (15 to 30 sec)

I'm looking for a video creator/animator who makes short (15 to 30 second) animated videos specifically for social media, not website or corporate video work. Social content needs to grab attention fast and hold it, and I want someone who understands that difference and designs for it. Think whiteboard, motion graphics, kinetic typography, or whatever style you'd recommend based on the concept. What matters most to me: I want to work with someone who treats this as an iterative process, not a one-and-done deliverable. That means testing different versions of a video, getting feedback on what's actually performing, and using that to make the next one better. I'm not looking for someone who hands off a video that works well enough and moves on. I want someone who can tell me why one version outperformed another, because they've actually tracked it before. I also have some concepts in mind, but I'd like someone who can contribute their own ideas too, not just execute what I hand you. Coming up with ideas that actually land with a US audience is honestly the hardest part of this, so that matters a lot to me.
