Our stories celebrate intelligence, strategy, and clever twists—not violence. Our goal is ambitious: 1,000,000 subscribers in our first year, and we’re looking for talented animators who want to grow with us. Animation Style (Important) We’re looking for an animator who can closely match the quality, pacing, camera movement, transitions, and cinematic storytelling style of this reference channel: Reference: https://www.youtube.com/@eng_universelabz This is only a style reference. All of our stories, scripts, and visuals are completely original. What You’ll Be Doing * Animate 15–30 YouTube Shorts per month * Work from completed scripts, voiceovers, and storyboards * Produce polished cutout-style character animation * Create engaging camera movements, transitions, and visual reveals * Maintain consistent quality across every video * Collaborate with our creative team and meet deadlines Requirements We’re looking for someone who has: * Strong 2D animation skills * Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Moho, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar animation software * Experience with cutout animation, character rigs, keyframe animation, and lip-sync * Excellent timing, composition, and visual storytelling * Ability to accurately recreate the reference animation style * A portfolio showcasing polished, high-retention animation * Strong organization and communication skills * Comfort using AI-assisted workflows where appropriate Bonus Skills * Experience creating YouTube Shorts * Motion graphics * Character illustration * Understanding of audience retention and short-form storytelling What We Offer * 🌍 Fully remote position * ⏰ Flexible working hours * 📅 Long-term, stable collaboration * 🤝 Friendly international team * 📈 Opportunities to grow with the channel * 💡 Creative input is welcomed and encouraged How to Apply Please include: 1.
