3D Animator (Blender or Unreal)

We run a YouTube channel with 3D explainer videos about military aircraft and ships, in the style of AiTelly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuLw9_huhq0&t=31s We need a 3D artist for one video every week, long-term. Only two kinds of scenes: aircraft (jets, bombers, drones, missiles in flight) and ships (carriers, destroyers, submarines at sea). Per video you deliver about 5-7 minutes of rendered footage, split into 30-50 short shots (5-15 seconds each) from our shot list: fly-arounds, takeoffs and launches, formations, ships at sea, a cutaway or a highlighted part. Most shots are camera moves around the same models inside 3-4 reusable environments (sky, clouds, ocean, airfield), so the library you build in the first weeks gets reused every week. Eevee or Unreal real-time rendering is fine. Semi-realistic look, smooth cinematic camera. Models: free only (Sketchfab CC, Free3D, Blender Market free section and similar). No modeling from scratch. Send us the model links before you use them. Deliverables: clean 1080p renders, 30 fps, MP4 or PNG sequence, without text (we add labels in After Effects), plus the project files (.blend or Unreal project) with all assets. Important: real 3D only, Blender or Unreal Engine. No AI video generators (Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo and the like). Proposals that show AI clips as "3D work" will be declined. Pay: fixed $50-70 per video, one video a week (about $250 a month), long-term if the first video goes well. Turnaround: 5 days per video.
