Apache Superset & Power BI Dashboard Expert — Ukrainian Speaking

We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence / Dashboard Specialist with strong expertise in both Apache Superset and Microsoft Power BI. The person should also speak Ukrainian. We need someone who can take business requirements and underlying data and turn them into clear, reliable, and actionable dashboards—not simply create visualizations. What you’ll help with Build and improve dashboards in Apache Superset and Power BI Translate business questions and KPI requirements into effective reports and visualizations Connect dashboards to databases and other relevant data sources Define and validate metrics, dimensions, filters, and reporting logic Create executive and operational dashboards that are easy to understand Optimize dashboards for usability and performance Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues Help structure datasets and reporting layers when necessary Improve existing dashboards and recommend better approaches where appropriate Communicate dashboard logic and recommendations with our team in Ukrainian when needed Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Apache Superset Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Experience creating professional BI dashboards from business requirements Strong SQL skills Good understanding of relational databases, data models, metrics, and KPIs Experience troubleshooting discrepancies between source data and dashboards Ability to work independently and recommend solutions rather than simply follow instructions Fluent or professional-level Ukrainian Strong communication and attention to detail Nice to have Experience with PostgreSQL and/or other SQL databases Power BI DAX and Power Query experience Experience creating semantic models or reporting datasets Experience with financial, sales, operational, or executive reporting Experience improving dashboard performance in Superset Experience working with APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, or data warehouses When applying, please include A short description of your experience with Apache Superset A short description of your experience with Power BI Examples or screenshots of dashboards you’ve built, if you can share them A description of the databases/data sources you’ve worked with Your SQL experience Your level of Ukrainian Your hourly rate and general availability Please start your application with the word “Superset” so we know you’ve read the full description.
