Apollo Lead Generation & Cold Email Outreach Assistant I’m looking for a dependable virtual assistant with hands-on Apollo experience to build targeted prospect lists and manage a small cold-email campaign. This will begin as a one-month paid trial. If the campaign produces qualified leads and positive replies, it may become ongoing part-time work. This is not a full-time opportunity. Responsibilities - Find prospects matching my target customer profile - Find and verify business email addresses using Apollo - Build clean, organized lead lists - Add qualified prospects to an approved email sequence - Apply light, accurate personalization - Monitor replies, bounces, and opt-outs - Maintain a suppression list and follow applicable email-marketing rules - Provide a short weekly performance report First-Month Target - Approximately 200 new prospects per week - Approximately 800 qualified prospects during the month - Low bounce rate and accurate targeting - Weekly reporting on prospects added, emails sent, bounces, replies, positive replies, and meetings booked Budget $120 fixed price for a one-month trial The workload should not exceed approximately 24 hours. Do not exceed the agreed scope without approval. Apollo access and the sending mailbox will be discussed before work begins. Do not use purchased, scraped, or unverified email lists.
