Apparel Designer / Techpack Specialist

We’re seeking an Apparel Designer / Techpack Specialist to help refine our initial designs and techpacks for a hockey performance brand. Our first drop includes a hoodie, joggers/trainer pants, and a T-shirt, and we need support improving fit, grading, measurements, and construction details based on selected fabrics. You’ll also help refine product graphics for all three items. This role is ideal for someone who can work with existing designs, strengthen techpack accuracy, and support production readiness. Experience with performance or athletic apparel is important, and familiarity with manufacturers or activewear production is a plus. This is a great opportunity to help shape a growing brand from an early stage.
