Apparel Production Assistant
Worldwide
ONIA Onia · Trunks · Private Label Production Assistant Full-Time · Remote ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the production team across all of our brands — Onia, Trunks, and our private label business. This role is central to keeping production moving on schedule: you'll own day-to-day system entry in BlueCherry, maintain WIP (work-in-progress) reports across every stage of development and production, and serve as a key point of contact between our team and factory partners. This is a remote, full-time position best suited to someone who already has hands-on experience with BlueCherry or a comparable PLM/ERP system and is comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities at once. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own accurate, timely data entry in BlueCherry, including styles, purchase orders, costing, and production details across Onia, Trunks, and private label. • Build, update, and maintain WIP (work-in-progress) reports to track every style from development through delivery, flagging delays or bottlenecks proactively. • Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders (POs); monitor and update quantities, costs, and dates as changes come through. • Track samples end-to-end (proto, fit, salesman, etc.) — logging status, following up with factories, and coordinating hand-offs with design and merchandising. • Conduct regular factory follow-ups on production timelines, shipping dates, and outstanding issues; escalate delays or quality concerns to the production team as needed. • Support production across all brands simultaneously, adjusting priorities as each brand's calendar requires. WHAT YOU BRING • Hands-on experience with BlueCherry or a similar PLM/ERP system is required. • Prior experience in apparel or fashion production, sourcing, or merchandising coordination. • Strong working knowledge of WIP management and the product development-to-production lifecycle. • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail — comfortable managing many styles and moving parts at once. • Clear, professional written and verbal communication for regular factory and cross-team follow-up, often across time zones. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable learning and working across multiple systems. • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment, with the ability to manage competing deadlines independently. WHY JOIN US You'll be part of a small, fast-moving production team working across multiple brands, with real ownership over the systems and reports that keep production on track. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys the operational side of fashion and wants to grow their expertise in BlueCherry, production management, and cross-brand coordination. To Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief note on your BlueCherry (or similar system) experience.
