Apparel Technical Designer for Signature Blouse

I am developing the first signature blouse for a new women’s apparel brand and am looking for an experienced apparel technical designer or product developer to help translate the concept into a production-ready garment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's wovens and be able to create precise patterns and technical specifications. This role requires collaboration with the design team to ensure the final product aligns with the brand's vision. Prefer familiarity with smocking and high quality cottons like voile. The initial project is for one hero product—not a complete collection.
