Apple Developer expert — resolve issue with application

Summary

I created the Apple developer account about a year ago and completed all the required steps. After submitting all the necessary information and documents, the Apple team reviews everything. If all the information is correct and there are no issues, the account should be approved. However, the review hasn’t been completed yet. In any attempt I made to contact them the replied was something like “no update yet”. Looking for someone while has experience in these kind of situations and was able to resolved them with Apple within a week or two. Now looking for someone who just wants to try without previous success resolving this promptly.
