Appointment Setter – B2B Fintech (US Hours, Full-Time)

Fintology is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to work US business hours (9 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday). You'll call and qualify inbound business leads and book them onto our closers' calendars. Pay is $5.00/hour PLUS 10% commission on every deal that closes from your appointments - and that 10% doesn't stop after one payout. It's a flat rate that compounds every month the client stays active, so the longer you stay and the more you close, the higher your monthly floor climbs. Leads come to us - this isn't cold-calling strangers. ABOUT FINTOLOGY Fintology is a B2B Lending Operating System - a business-in-a-box for companies that need access to funding. We connect business owners to our network of 4,500+ lenders so they can get approved for financing regardless of credit score or industry. The people you'll be calling came to us asking for help - you won't be chasing cold, unqualified leads. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Call and follow up with inbound leads (business owners interested in funding) via phone, text, and email - Qualify leads and book them onto a closer's calendar - Keep the CRM clean and current - every call, every note, every status update - Hit daily/weekly activity targets (calls made, appointments set, show-up rate) - Follow a proven script and objection-handling framework - we'll train you on it WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Excellent spoken and written English - non-negotiable - A reliable, distraction-free home setup (stable internet, headset, quiet space) for your full shift - Someone who wants to build a career here, not cash one paycheck and coast - Nice to have (not required - we'll train the right person): prior SDR/appointment-setting experience, and/or experience with a CRM or auto-dialer (e.g., GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot) - Comfortable with performance tracked daily (calls, appointments set, close rate on your appointments) SCHEDULE Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Consistent attendance is required - this is not a flexible or self-paced role. COMPENSATION Base: $5.00/hour (~$866/month at 40 hrs/week) Commission: 10% flat rate on every deal that closes from your booked appointments, paid monthly for as long as that client stays active - recurring, not a one-time bonus. Real blended revenue per closed client is about $538/month, so 10% is roughly $54/month per active client. Commission compounds as your closed-client base grows - it's a genuine, honest incentive to stay and build, not an exaggerated promise.
