Appointment Setter — B2B Outbound

About the role We're an AI company. We build conversational agents for service businesses, and we're hiring an Appointment Setter to open conversations with prospects. You'll run a proven script. We're not asking you to sell or close — your job is to open the conversation and capture the right contact information. The system does the heavy lifting. What you'll do Outbound calls from a browser-based dialer (no phone system to set up) Follow a provided script, including responses to common pushback Send a text link during the call Log the outcome and capture decision-maker contact details Outbound only — no inbound, no support, no closing What we're looking for Clear, neutral English on the phone Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "no" Follows a script exactly — this matters more than improvisation Reliable at a set schedule Quiet workspace, headset, stable internet Nice to have Prior appointment setting, SDR, or cold calling experience Familiarity with a CRM or dialer How we work Everything runs through our own platform — you get a login, a call queue, the script on screen, and one-tap actions. No lead lists to manage, no tools to juggle. Calls are recorded and transcribed for quality and coaching.
