You will own top-of-funnel conversion by responding rapidly to leads, identifying core pain points, qualifying prospective clients, and securing show-up-ready appointments on our Technician calendars. Unshakeable Active Listening & Empathy: You don't just read a script line-by-line; you listen for unspoken pain points, ask sharp discovery questions, and build natural rapport quickly. Quality & Integrity Focused: You care about booking the right appointments, not just any appointment. You pre-qualify strictly to protect the team’s time, resulting in high show rates and low cancellation rates. Rejection-Resilient & Coachable: Objection handling doesn't intimidate you—it energizes you. You actively seek feedback on call recordings and maintain high energy throughout your shift. Key Responsibilities & Core KPIs Your success in this role is directly tied to clear, achievable performance metrics: Speed to Lead: Maintain an average response time of under 5 minutes for inbound inquiries. High-Volume Cadence: Execute a minimum of 8 outreach attempts per lead across multiple channels. High Show & Quality Rates: Set appointments that result in a 75%+ Show/Held Rate and a Cancel Rate under 12% by thoroughly qualifying prospects. Call QA Compliance: Consistently hit an 85%+ Quality Score on weekly call reviews (evaluating pitch clarity, pain identification, objection handling, and calendar locking). Conversion Rate: Achieve standard conversion targets of 5%–15% on inbound leads (or 1%–3% on outbound queues). Qualifications & Requirements 1+ years of experience in phone sales, appointment setting, SDR/BDR roles, or high-volume customer facing outreach. Demonstrated track record of hitting activity and booking quotas. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with multi-channel outreach (Phone, SMS, Email). Proficiency with modern CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) and VoIP dialers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where compensation directly reflects performance.
