Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist -- Commission Based

We are PVE Agency, a video editing and content agency working with established YouTube creators. We are looking for an experienced **Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist** to independently find qualified prospects, conduct outreach, and book meetings for our team. **This is not a closing role.** We handle the sales calls and closing. ### Compensation - **€50 per qualified meeting that attends** - **Additional €150 bonus if that prospect becomes a paying client** - No limit on the number of meetings you can generate ### What counts as a qualified lead? The prospect must meet **all** of the following: - Long-form YouTube content creator - Minimum **100,000 subscribers** - Minimum **250,000 monthly YouTube views** - Uploads at least **2 long-form videos per month** - The person booked must be a **decision maker**, such as the creator, manager, producer or person responsible for hiring editing/content services ### Your Responsibilities You will handle the full process before the sales call: - Find suitable YouTube creators - Find the correct contact/decision maker - Conduct cold outreach through email, Instagram, LinkedIn or other suitable channels - Follow up with prospects - Confirm they meet our qualification criteria - Book interested prospects into our calendar **We do not provide you with a ready-made lead list.** You must be capable of finding and researching prospects yourself. Once we see that you are a good fit and are interested in working with us, we will provide you with a **PDF containing all of PVE Agency’s services, pricing and packages**, so you have everything needed to accurately present our offer to prospects. ### Ideal Experience Experience with: - Appointment setting - Lead generation - Cold outreach - Prospecting and finding decision makers - Creative, marketing or video agencies - YouTubers/content creators Tools such as **Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Hunter, Clay or similar** are a plus.
