Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist

🔎 Job Description (Please read all) We are looking for a reliable Appointment Setter to help with outreach, lead generation, and consistent follow-ups for a fitness offer. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring our pipeline is organized, appointments are booked, and leads are nurtured effectively. ✅ Responsibilities • Conduct outbound messaging and outreach to prospective leads (via email, social platforms, or phone depending on workflow). • Follow up with leads consistently and maintain professional communication. • Manage and update leads in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking. • Schedule and confirm appointments between prospects and our sales team. • Provide clear and timely communication with our team regarding progress and updates. 🛠 Requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to manage CRM tools (Manychat , GoHighLevel, or similar). • Organized, consistent, and able to follow workflows and scripts. • Availability to work during agreed-upon hours and meet daily/weekly activity targets. 💼 Preferred Skills (Not Required) • Familiarity with outbound lead generation strategies (social media, LinkedIn, cold email, etc.). • Experience working with remote teams. 💵 Payment Terms • Hourly rate (negotiable depending on experience). • Performance bonuses may be discussed but are not required. 🚀 Why Work With Us?
