Appointment Setter / Sales Caller for US Beauty Brand (Fluent English)

We're a premium permanent makeup (PMU) pigment brand growing in the US market. We're looking for a confident, friendly appointment setter to connect with beauty professionals, PMU artists, academies, and supply stores — and book calls for our team. What you'll do: Call our list of leads and existing contacts (PMU artists, academies, beauty supply stores) Clean and update our database — verify contacts, remove dead/irrelevant entries, keep notes organized Have warm, professional conversations with potential partners and qualify their interest Book appointments with decision-makers and hand them off to our team Track every call, status, and next step in a simple CRM/spreadsheet You're a great fit if you have: Fluent, natural English with a clear, pleasant phone voice (this is essential) Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales/telemarketing A warm, consultative approach — you build rapport, not push Reliability, organization, and comfort working US business hours Your own reliable internet Nice to have: Experience with beauty, wellness, or influencer/creator outreach Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets Details: Part-time to start, ongoing potential based on results Rate: $[5–8]/hour + bonus per booked qualified appointment Working hours aligned with US time zones How to apply — please include: Start your reply with the word "PIGMENT" so we know you read this A short (30–60 sec) voice recording introducing yourself — this is the most important part 2–3 sentences on your appointment-setting experience and any beauty/creator outreach Your availability and time zone We'll review voice samples first.
