Appointment Setter for US Design Agency (Commission Based)

I run a design and web agency in the US that helps businesses get more clients through better websites and SEO. I'm looking for one or two sharp people to find and reach out to business owners in the US and book them for a call with me. What you'd do: Find real businesses that have a website or social presence worth improving Reach out by email, Facebook, LinkedIn, wherever you're good at getting replies (you choose the channel) Get the owner interested in a free custom mockup of a new site Hand me the qualified lead. I build the mockup, I run the call, I close. What I'm looking for: A self-starter. I'll give you a clear checklist of what makes a good lead, then you run with it. Someone who cares about quality over quantity. One real interested owner is worth more than fifty cold contacts. Good written English. Some sales or outreach experience, or the drive to be great at it. Pay: This is commission based. You earn on every deal we close, up to around $2,000/month for someone consistent.
