Appointment Setter, 10-20 hours per week, flexible hours

Very straightforward appointment setting role. We are a lender calling Realtors to a new program. Goal is to sign them up for a 15 minute Zoom with the Area Manager to talk about the program. These calls last 2-3 minutes when they say yes. Schedule the Zoom, schedule a reminder text and move on. The only other time to get involved is if they need to (1) reschedule or they (2) don't show up you get it rescheduled. VERY straightforward and easy for the right person. Compensation: $20-$25 per hour PLUS $10 for each appointment set that shows to the meeting. My actual numbers over the course of one week: 12 hours calling 20 mtgs set 90% show (18 mtgs) With this comp that would be between $420 and $480 (depending on hourly pay) which comes to $35-40 per hour. Must: Speak fluent English with neutral or no accent. Be able to work off talking points and not a script (be conversational). Be comfortable with NOT telling them all the details as the goal is to schedule an appt. Have a quiet uninterrupted place to work.
