Appointment Setter

We're hiring a remote appointment setter to own our Instagram outbound channel, and the heart of the role is finding the right people to reach out to — not blasting templates, but hunting down genuinely well-fit prospects and understanding them well enough to start a real conversation. Our approach leads with value: for strong-fit prospects, you'll offer a free asset built specifically for them, something useful that proves we understand their business before we ask for anything. You won't handle the creative alone — I'll assist with building the assets — so your focus is finding the right person, researching them properly, and driving the conversation. We keep volume low and quality high: roughly 15 researched, personalized DMs a day, every one earned, no blind templates. Day to day you'll build a pipeline of high-fit prospects against our ICP, study each one before writing a word, tee up the right free asset as your hook, carry the conversation, qualify, and book qualified calls — then confirm them, follow up on stalled threads, rebook no-shows, and keep every prospect and stage logged cleanly in the CRM. The number-one thing we're looking for is a strong prospecting instinct: the ability to find well-fit people others would miss and quickly judge who's worth the effort. Beyond that, you'll need excellent, natural written English, a good eye for what would actually be useful to a specific prospect, patience and precision (you'd rather send 15 great messages than 100 lazy ones), and the discipline to stay organized and self-directed in a remote role.
