Appointment Setter

Description: We're OhhMyDesign, a design and development studio. We build websites and product design for early-stage SaaS and AI startups. The job: Book discovery calls with startup founders who need design work. You'll run outbound on LinkedIn and cold email, even cold calling. We already have Clay, Instantly and Sales Navigator set up, so you're not starting from zero. You find the right people, you write the messages, you follow up, you get the meeting on our calendar. We take the call and close. How you get paid: Base: [$400] per month, paid as a fixed-price milestone on Upwork [$50] per qualified meeting that actually happens [$300] extra when a meeting turns into a paying client Bonuses paid through Upwork's bonus feature, same week the meeting or deal lands A qualified meeting means a founder or co-founder of a funded SaaS or AI startup, on a call that happens, who is actively looking at a website or product design project. Not a "let's connect" chat. If you book 10 real meetings a month and 2 close, you're at [$1,500]. If you book nothing, you get the base and we part ways after the first month. No hard feelings, this role is about results. Who this is for: 2+ years booking B2B meetings, ideally for agencies, SaaS or services You have numbers from past work and you'll share them Native or near-native English writing. Founders can smell a template. Based in North America or Europe, working your local hours Comfortable with AI tools and outbound automation How to apply: Send two things: your best meetings-per-month number from a past contract, and the exact message you'd send a seed-stage SaaS founder to get them on a call with us. First month is a paid trial. If it works, this is long term.
