Appointment-Setting & Sourcing Specialist — JG Legacy Cigars

JG Legacy Cigars is seeking a motivated, dependable freelancer to support our growing premium cigar brand through outbound sales calls, appointment setting, CRM management, and, depending on your location and experience, factory and supplier sourcing. The primary assignment will involve contacting cigar lounges, tobacconists, retailers, and other potential business partners throughout the Miami, Florida area. You should be confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers, introducing our company professionally, gathering accurate information, and scheduling qualified follow-up meetings. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, especially for outreach within the Miami market. However, if I am contacting you in Jamaica, I understand that you may not speak Spanish. You are still encouraged to apply if you speak English clearly, communicate professionally, and have strong phone, customer-service, telemarketing, or appointment-setting skills. I am looking for someone who may already have relationships within the cigar industry or who is capable of researching, identifying, and introducing me to trustworthy factories and suppliers. Your role could include making introductions, arranging calls, communicating with factory owners, gathering pricing, confirming minimum order quantities, and helping coordinate future factory visits. JG Legacy Cigars is still growing, so I plan to begin with small orders. The purpose of starting small is to build trust, evaluate quality, confirm communication, and establish reliable working relationships before committing to larger production orders. I want to be transparent that I am not beginning with extremely large quantities. I am looking for factories and suppliers that are willing to work with a developing brand, produce quality products, communicate honestly, and grow with us over time. If the initial orders, product quality, communication, and business relationship go well, my intention is to travel to the Dominican Republic or Nicaragua to visit the factories personally, meet the owners and production teams, review the operation, and discuss a long-term partnership.
