Appointment setter for Job Role

I’m looking for a strong appointment setter who knows how to connect with people, not just dial numbers. We have a short-term project for a targeted list of ~50-75 industry associations and we are seeking to find out if these people 1) Are interested in a Role with our company 2) can they refer someone to our company Your role is simple—but it needs to be done well. Reach out (phone + light online research) Ask qualkifying questions if they are interested Set them up for an interview with one of our teammates Set qualified meetings directly on my calendar Confirm appointments the day of Reschedule when needed and keep things moving We’ll spend time upfront getting you fully up to speed on our value proposition so you can speak with confidence. What I’m looking for: 2+ years of appointment setting (B2C preferred) Strong communicator — clear, direct, and professional Very personable — people like talking to you Organized and consistent with follow-up Keeps me informed without being asked This isn’t about volume.
