Architect to Help with ADU and Home Projects in California

Architect Needed for California ADU and Home Projects We are looking for an architect or experienced architectural designer to assist with ADU, home addition, and custom residential projects throughout California. The work may include: Floor plans, elevations, sections, and permit drawings Reviewing zoning, setbacks, height limits, and ADU requirements Revising plans based on client and city comments Coordinating with engineers and consultants Preparing clear and accurate construction documents Applicants should have residential design experience and a strong understanding of California building codes and permitting. California ADU experience is strongly preferred.
