Hello! I have a single store home that I built an attached guest house onto about 9 years ago. We would like to add a second story to the guest house portion. It feels very simple, as the upstairs portion will simply be a bedroom and bathroom space. I have attached plans from the guest house we built for your review. It's about 450 square feet.
