Architect for School and Church Development

I’m looking for an experienced architect/architectural designer to professionally develop and render an existing concept layout for a school and church/multipurpose hall in Dawhenya, Ghana. The site is approximately 195' × 82' and the concept layout is already prepared. I need someone to: Refine the site and building layout for realistic construction Optimize classrooms, circulation, parking, setbacks, entrances, and courtyard Develop detailed architectural floor plans with accurate dimensions Design the church/hall and school as a cohesive modern development Produce professional 2D plans and high-quality 3D exterior/interior renderings Ideally understand Ghana building standards and construction practices I will provide the existing concept plan and preliminary building specifications. Please apply with examples of schools, churches, institutional buildings, or similar architectural projects you have designed. Deliverables: Revised site plan, detailed floor plans, elevations, roof plan, key sections, and realistic 3D renderings.
