Architectural Designer / CAD & 3D Modeling Specialist I’m looking for a talented, creative, and adaptable architectural designer who can help bring concepts and ideas to life through professional drawings, layouts, floor plans, and 3D designs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with architectural design and be comfortable working across multiple platforms, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software. What I’m Looking For: * Architectural design and drafting * Floor plans and detailed layouts * Construction and presentation drawings * 2D and 3D architectural drawings * Space planning and design development * SketchUp 3D modeling and visualization * AutoCAD drafting * Revit/BIM modeling * Ability to take concepts or rough ideas and turn them into professional drawings * Strong attention to detail and understanding of architectural standards * Creative eye for modern, trending, and functional design * Adaptability to work on different types of projects * Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate throughout the design process I’m looking for someone who is creative, technically skilled, reliable, and able to adapt to the needs of each project. Someone who stays current with architectural trends while also understanding the technical side of design and drafting.
