Architectural Drafter for Residential Deck Permit Sets

We produce permit drawing sets for residential deck projects across US jurisdictions and need a drafter for ongoing, repeatable work. Each project is a 3-sheet set: a cover sheet with general notes and title block, a foundation and deck framing plan at 1/4" = 1'-0" showing posts, beam spans, joist size and spacing, cantilevers, stairs and a footing schedule, and a site plan at 1/16" = 1'-0". We supply field photos, hand dimensions, a county parcel screenshot, and a reference set showing our drawing standard. No engineering, calculations, stamps, or 3D renderings required. AutoCAD essential, Revit a plus. Working knowledge of IRC deck provisions required. Deliverables are the editable source file plus a print-ready PDF, with a 3 business day turnaround and one revision round included.
