Architectural Draftsperson / Revit Specialist – High-End Luxury Residential Portfolio

We are a high-end interior design firm specializing in luxury minimalist and organic modern residential structures. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Architectural Draftsperson / BIM Technician to help build out The Design Specification Portfolio: a premium, licensed asset line of luxury guest suites tailored for high-volume custom home builders. We handle the creative direction, concept curation, and material specifications. Your role will be to translate our design directives, conceptual floor plans, and material schedules into flawless, builder-ready technical drawing sets (including dimensioned floor plans, interior elevations, electrical layouts, and custom millwork/architectural detailing). Required Tech Stack: Expertise in Revit (strongly preferred) or advanced AutoCAD. Ability to export crisp, standardized architectural plan sets with immaculate line weights and layouts. We are looking for someone who understands luxury execution details, specifically: Custom integrated millwork and hidden panel cabinetry (e.g., concealing fully integrated appliance stacks/paneled refrigerators). Clean, minimalist architectural transitions (e.g., flush or trim-less interior doors, hidden track lighting). High-end bathroom detailing (e.g., curbless wet rooms/walk-in showers). Project Scope & Deliverables: This is a fixed-price, contract position starting immediately with a master footprint for our First Edition.
