Architectural Elevation Massing Edit — Reduce Bulk on Top Level (Fixed Price)

I need an experienced architectural visualiser/3D modeller to amend the top level (Level 4) of an existing 4-storey residential building elevation, based on real DWG files, and produce rendered elevation options. This is an approved development at Mermaid Beach, QLD, currently going through a planning application to increase yield. Council has requested the top level be reduced in bulk and pulled in from both side boundaries. I have the existing architectural DWGs and PDF elevations available. Scope of work: Using the attached DWGs (existing approved 4-storey massing — floor plans, elevations, sections), amend Level 4 only Reduce the Level 4 footprint by approximately 1 metre from the left boundary and 1 metre from the right boundary, relative to Level 3 below, so it reads as visibly set back/narrower Soften the corners and reduce the overall visual bulk of this level Important: do not create a literal "crown," pavilion roof form, or ornamental shape — the goal is a simple, elegant, recessed upper level with a lightweight roofline, not a decorative structure Keep all other levels (basement, ground, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) unchanged from the original approved drawings Deliverables: 3 rendered elevation options showing the revised Level 4, at consistent angles matching the attached original elevation drawings (Elevation 2 and Elevation 4 — the two full street-facing views) PNG format, high resolution 2 rounds of revision included Files provided: DWG set (all levels, elevations, sections) + stamped PDF of current approved plans Timeline: Please provide expected turnaround in your proposal — ideally within 3–4 days Ideal freelancer: Experience with architectural massing edits and elevation renders (SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion or similar) Portfolio showing planning/DA-style elevation work preferred, not just interior/product renders Please share 1–2 relevant portfolio samples in your application Payment structure: Milestone-based — 50% on first draft delivery, 50% on final revised set
