Architectural Plans for Barndominium Cottage

I’m looking to get detailed architectural plans based off of initial conceptual sketches for a simple custom barndominium cottage. The project involves creating a custom design that meets local building requirements, ensuring precision and creativity. Critical thinking is a must with ability to make decisions with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will have experience in barndominium architectural rendering and design, with a strong understanding of drafting and CAD software. I’m looking to approach this in 3 phases. Discovery - review initial sketches and understand initial requirements. Conceive - discuss specifics, review recommendations and initial concepts, refine details Deliver - review final plan set.
