Architectural Site Plan & Building Elevation Concept Package for Multifamily Development

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced architectural designer, architect, or building design professional to prepare conceptual design materials for a proposed 120 unit infill multifamily residential development project currently undergoing a development proposal process. The scope involves producing: A conceptual site plan Conceptual building elevations/renderings The deliverables will be used to illustrate a preliminary development vision and are not intended for permit or construction use. Scope of Work Appendix B: Conceptual Site Plan Prepare a professionally rendered conceptual site plan showing: Building footprint Property layout Vehicle access points Internal circulation Structured parking concept Landscaping areas Pedestrian pathways Sidewalk improvements Public realm enhancements General massing relationship to site boundaries The objective is to demonstrate an efficient and modern multifamily residential development layout suitable for an urban infill environment. Appendix C: Conceptual Building Elevations Prepare conceptual exterior elevations and/or architectural perspectives depicting: 4-5 story multifamily residential building Contemporary urban architecture Wood-frame over podium style construction Residential-focused design Modern façade treatments Streetscape interaction Pedestrian-oriented frontage Architectural materials and massing concepts Deliverables may include: Front elevation Side elevation Street perspective rendering 3D massing views Color concept rendering Development Parameters The selected freelancer will receive: Property dimensions Site constraints Development narrative Building program requirements Target unit count Parking assumptions Design objectives Concept plans should be suitable for inclusion in an investor, municipal, or development proposal package.
