AI Architecture Designer (Luxury Hotels, & Property marketing content) editorial AI photos & videos

We’re looking for a talented AI Visual Designer to join our growing AI creative team for an initial 4-week contract, with the potential for ongoing work. Part-time or full-time applicants are welcome. Preferred location: Indonesia, Philippines, India, or countries with a similar time zone to Australia. Please note: We are NOT looking for traditional 3D rendering artists. We are looking for AI creatives specialising in Midjourney, Flux, Kling, Runway and editorial AI imagery. You’ll work directly with our Creative Director to create premium AI-generated marketing visuals for luxury hotels, residential developments, architecture firms and lifestyle brands. Our clients already provide architectural renders and design references. Your role is to transform those assets into premium editorial photography, lifestyle imagery and cinematic AI videos for websites, social media, advertising campaigns and brand launches. This is NOT a traditional architectural rendering role. ⸻ What You’ll Create * Editorial hotel photography * Luxury lifestyle imagery * AI-generated people interacting within architectural spaces * Website hero images * Social media campaigns * Property marketing visuals * Hospitality branding content * Cinematic AI videos * AI-enhanced architectural storytelling ⸻ Responsibilities * Transform existing architectural renders into premium editorial marketing imagery. * Create photorealistic AI lifestyle scenes featuring people and environments. * Generate cinematic AI video sequences using tools such as Kling, Runway or Veo. * Maintain lighting, material realism and visual consistency. * Follow creative briefs, moodboards and brand guidelines. * Iterate quickly based on feedback. * Deliver production-ready assets within agreed timelines. ⸻ This Role Is NOT This position does not involve: * 3D architectural modelling * Revit * SketchUp * 3ds Max * V-Ray * Corona * Lumion * CAD drafting Our clients already provide architectural renders. We’re looking for someone who specialises in AI image generation, editorial storytelling and commercial marketing visuals. ⸻ Required Experience Applicants should have strong experience in one or more of the following: * AI image generation * AI video generation * Editorial photography * Hospitality marketing * Luxury branding * Property marketing * Interior styling * Visual storytelling ⸻ Preferred AI Tools Experience with several of the following: * Midjourney * Flux * Kling * Runway * Veo * Magnific * Topaz AI * Photoshop ⸻ Bonus Skills * Lightroom * DaVinci Resolve * Premiere Pro * After Effects * Experience working with architecture, interiors or hospitality brands * Strong understanding of composition, lighting and colour grading ⸻ Contract * Initial 4-week engagement * Start by the 8/08 or earlier * Part-time or full-time * Remote * Potential for long-term collaboration ⸻ Salary Monthly contract – Paid weekly Minimum 4-week engagement. Part-time US$175/week (20 hours per week) Full-time US$350/week (40 hours per week) Equivalent to $1500 USD full time monthly salary. Potential ongoing contract for the right applicant.
