Architectural Visualization Artist For wilderness retreat

Architectural Visualization Artist – Luxury Coastal Cabin Retreat I’m looking for an experienced architectural visualization artist to create several high quality, photorealistic images for a proposed boutique hospitality project on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The project is a luxury nature retreat located on a heavily forested oceanfront property. Initial concept includes: • 4 approximately 400–500 sq ft luxury cabins • Central outdoor wellness hub • Sauna • Cold plunge • Cedar soaking tub • Fire pit and gathering area • Natural pathways and landscaping • Dense existing West Coast forest • Ocean and sunset views The images will initially be used in an investor presentation, so they need to communicate the emotional experience of the property while remaining reasonably accurate to the actual site. Most Important Requirement I have an actual aerial/topographical site plan showing: • Property boundaries • Existing road/access • Shoreline • Topography/contours • Approximate building locations • Existing vegetation I need someone who can use this information to build a reasonably accurate 3D site model. I do NOT want the site layout invented by AI. The buildings must be positioned according to the actual site plan and topography. Once the base site is correct, I want beautiful photorealistic architectural visualization. Visual Direction High end West Coast architecture. Charred black cedar siding, black standing seam roofs, large glazing, warm natural wood interiors, stone, cedar decks and understated landscape lighting. The property should feel immersive, private, quiet and deeply connected to nature. Think luxury Vancouver Island wilderness retreat rather than conventional resort. Dense Douglas fir and cedar forest, sword ferns, salal, moss, natural stone and rugged Pacific coastline. Golden hour and sunset imagery will be important. I have reference images showing the architectural and landscape direction. Deliverables Initially I would like approximately 4–6 high quality images, including: 1. Hero aerial/drone image showing the overall site and relationship between cabins, wellness hub, forest and ocean 2. Wellness hub overlooking the ocean at sunset 3. Hero exterior image of a cabin immersed in the forest 4. Cabin arrival/pathway experience 5. Cabin deck/outdoor experience 6. Additional aerial or experiential image The first priority is getting ONE aerial master image correct before proceeding with the remaining images. Software Open to your preferred workflow. SketchUp + D5 Render, Twinmotion, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Blender, 3ds Max/Corona/V-Ray or similar are all acceptable. AI can be used for enhancement, but the underlying site layout and architecture must remain consistent and accurate. Please send examples of hospitality, resort, cabin, landscape or heavily forested architectural visualization work. Please also explain briefly how you would turn my aerial/topographical plan into an accurate 3D site model. I am looking for someone who can work quickly and cost effectively. If the first images are successful, there will likely be considerably more visualization work as this project develops.
