Summary

Seeking a fast, affordable 3D architectural visualization artist to model and render an indoor golf club. I will provide photos, video, floor plans, dimensions, and reference images for simulators, furniture, materials, and finishes. Deliverables include an editable 3D model, 3–5 photorealistic renders, and one revision round. The model must be dimensionally accurate to support layout testing, clearances, furniture placement, and finish decisions. This is not a generic floor plan or basic SketchUp model. Major elements should closely match provided references, and existing architecture must remain accurate. First renders needed within 24 hours. Please share 2–3 relevant examples, software used, availability, turnaround time, and fixed price. Budget: $200–300.
