3D Architectural Visualizer for Development Proposal

Project Overview: We are preparing a development proposal for a municipal presentation involving an addition to an existing commercial building. We need a fast, skilled 3D visualizer to create 3 distinct conceptual exterior render options showcasing different potential investment tiers for the site. Timeline: - Deadline: Strictly 1 week from the time project files/address are shared. The 3 Exterior Design Concepts Needed: - Option 1 (Lower Tier): A cost-effective, budget-conscious exterior facelift/addition. - Option 2 (Mid Tier): A modern, balanced exterior update (we have an AI concept image to show general direction, though it needs professional re-rendering/refinement). - Option 3 (Higher Tier): An ambitious transformation (e.g., activated commercial space with a tap house / bar / co-working vibe, outdoor seating, and upgraded finishes). What We Will Provide: - Property address for Google Maps / Street View context (no site photos or as-built CAD files will be provided). - A site map / layout study created by a senior draftsperson. - An AI-generated reference render (for conceptual inspiration). Deliverables: - 3 high-resolution 3D exterior renderings (1 for each design option) in pdf and hi res image format for slides/powerpoint digital sales presentation and sales print materials. (We not have access to 3D modeling software for viewing) - Revisions: 3 included. Must be available and open for more revisions, beyond the initial contract as needed, additional revisions paid hourly. - Source 3D model files (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or 3ds Max,etc. Must be a Major Modeling file output commonly used in the USA).
