Architecture Specialist for 3D Mesh Editing

I'm looking for an architecture specialist with expertise in 3D mesh editing and CAD design for stone renovation projects in the future. These are older monumental buildings, in general (profiling and organic shapes). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and be proficient in using design tools to create and edit 3D models. The workflow I have in mind: 1. I 3D-scan the original stone object with an EinScan scanner and send you a roughly cleaned mesh (.obj or .stl). Objects typically range from [X] to [Y] cm. 2. Freelancer to clean it up further: repairing damaged or missing profiling, refining organic shapes, closing holes, removing scan noise. 3. You build a NURBS CAD model from it, delivered so it'll be suitable for a CNC milling company to cut from a stone block. Where profiling is damaged, the missing geometry has to be reconstructed. I can supply reference photos and, where available, undamaged mirrored sections or historical profile drawings. Is this within your expertise?
