Artificial Intelligence Full Stack & Agentic Developer

ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a hands-on AI Full-Stack & Agentic Developer who can rapidly turn business requirements into secure, scalable, production-grade AI applications. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted / vibe coding, agentic development, cloud architecture and workflow automation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build AI-powered web applications, copilots and autonomous/agentic workflows from prototype to production. • Use AI-assisted coding tools such as OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub Copilot for rapid development, debugging, refactoring and testing. • Develop with OpenAI Responses API, Agents SDK, tool/function calling, structured outputs, multimodal AI, RAG and realtime/voice capabilities. • Design AI agents, multi-agent workflows, tool orchestration, memory/state, human approvals, guardrails, evaluations and observability. • Build and consume MCP servers/tools to securely connect agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and knowledge sources. • Create advanced n8n workflows including AI agents, webhooks, API integrations, custom JavaScript/TypeScript, retries and event-driven automation. • Deploy scalable solutions on AWS using serverless, containerized and event-driven architectures. • Own APIs, databases, frontend, testing, CI/CD, security, monitoring and production troubleshooting. ESSENTIAL LANGUAGES • Python — FastAPI, Pydantic, async programming, AI/LLM SDKs and backend APIs. • TypeScript / JavaScript — Node.js, React, Next.js, n8n custom code and modern frontend/backend development. • SQL — PostgreSQL/MySQL, data modelling and query optimization. • HTML/CSS/Tailwind plus Bash/Shell, JSON and YAML. CANDIDATE PROFILE • Builder mindset — able to independently convert a business problem into architecture, working code and production deployment. • Must understand, review and debug AI-generated code; prompt-only experience is not sufficient. • Portfolio/GitHub demonstrating deployed AI applications, agents, MCP tools, n8n workflows and AWS implementations preferred.
