# AI Artist / Graphic Designer – Midjourney + Photoshop – Ongoing Wall Art Creation We are an established ecommerce **wall art and print-on-demand business** looking for a talented AI Artist / Graphic Designer to work with us on an **ongoing basis creating commercial artwork collections**. We will provide inspiration images, styles, themes and creative direction, and you will help us develop these into original artwork collections using **Midjourney and/or other AI tools**. ### IMPORTANT: PRINT QUALITY This is not just a Midjourney prompting job. Our artwork is physically printed and sold in **large formats, sometimes up to 120 × 180 cm and larger**. We need someone who understands how to take an AI-generated image and turn it into a **genuinely high-quality, sharp, print-ready master file**. Simply generating an image in Midjourney and increasing the resolution is NOT sufficient. ### Your Role You will be responsible for: * Creating original AI-generated artwork based on our briefs and reference images * Using Midjourney and other AI tools to develop concepts * Creating multiple variations until we achieve the required result * Retouching and professionally finishing artwork in Adobe Photoshop * Fixing AI artifacts, strange details, faces, hands, objects, architecture, textures, etc. * Professional AI upscaling * Sharpening and colour correction for print * Preparing artwork for large-format printing * Creating different aspect ratios/sizes where required * Creating print-ready master files * Potentially placing finished artwork into our existing PSD ecommerce mockups * Helping us develop complete, consistent artwork collections rather than individual random images ### You MUST Have * Strong Midjourney / AI image-generation experience * Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills * Experience with professional AI upscaling * Understanding of DPI/PPI, pixel dimensions and physical print dimensions * Experience preparing artwork for professional printing * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to identify and repair AI-generated defects * Good understanding of composition, colour and commercial wall-art trends Experience with **Topaz Gigapixel, Magnific AI or other professional upscaling software** is highly regarded. ### The Artwork We create commercial wall-art collections across categories including: * Photography * Automotive * Fashion & lifestyle * Travel * Coastal * Architecture * Sports * Vintage-inspired artwork * Abstract * Contemporary interior artwork You should be comfortable receiving an inspiration/reference image and developing an **original artwork with a similar direction, mood or aesthetic without simply copying the original.** ### Paid Test Required Before hiring someone for ongoing work, we would like to complete a **paid test project**. We will provide the same brief/reference to shortlisted designers. You will create the artwork and prepare the final master file for approximately: **120 cm × 180 cm** The final artwork must remain clean, detailed and sharp when printed at this size. We will assess: * Creativity * Similarity to our creative direction * AI generation quality * Photoshop/retouching quality * Upscaling quality * Detail at 100% zoom * Final print quality * Speed and communication ### When Applying Please include: 1.
