3D Artists Needed for High-End Photorealistic Lifestyle Environments

We're looking for talented 3D artists to create high-end, photorealistic interior lifestyle environments for a furniture campaign. The full project consists of exactly 19 different environments, which our team will later use to create multiple furniture configurations and final images. Each environment should be: * Created in 3ds Max. * Render-ready in FStorm (preferred), Corona, or V-Ray. * Fully modeled and textured, with materials and lighting already set up. * Clean, contemporary, minimal, and highly photorealistic. * Designed around a typical configuration of a sofa + coffee table + rug. * Built with enough architecture and depth to allow frontal views, 45° angles, close-ups, and alternative camera positions. * Cleanly organized so our team can easily continue working with the file. IMPORTANT — FURNITURE You do NOT need to model or provide any furniture. During the design process, you should use furniture from your own library (sofa, coffee table, and rug) to test the composition, scale, lighting, and overall look of the environment. However, the final 3ds Max scene must be delivered WITHOUT this furniture. We need a clean, empty lifestyle environment where our team can later place our own product models. We will provide the overall style, art direction, and reference images, while giving you creative freedom to design each environment within those guidelines. The furniture will ultimately be the hero of every image, so the architecture and lighting should complement the products rather than compete with them. FINAL DELIVERY A complete, render-ready 3ds Max 2024 scene with all textures/assets, materials, and lighting properly configured — but without furniture. No final production renders are required. BUDGET & DEADLINE The project consists of 19 lifestyle environments. The budget is $70 USD per completed and approved environment, for a total project budget of $1,330 USD. All 19 environments must be completed by September 18. The project may be assigned to one artist, a small team/studio, or divided between several artists depending on availability and production capacity. Because of the tight schedule, we need progressive deliveries throughout the project — ideally completed environments delivered daily — so our team can start working with each scene immediately while the remaining environments are still in production.
