Asana and Claude Workflow Consultant

I am seeking a short-term consultant to help us rethink, streamline, and improve how our team uses Asana while also integrating Claude into our day-to-day workflow. The ideal freelancer will assess our current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements that enhance productivity and collaboration. This is a part-time, short-term engagement for someone who can provide clear guidance and actionable recommendations. Scope of Work Asana Strategy + Optimization • Review our current Asana setup, projects, templates, workflows, and team usage • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation • Recommend a better structure for managing projects, tasks, deadlines, approvals, and team accountability • Create or refine templates and workflows that can be repeated across projects • Help establish best practices and standards for how our entire team uses Asana Claude + AI Integration • Evaluate how Claude can support our existing workflows • Identify practical ways our team can use AI for project management, research, communication, meeting notes, planning, documentation, and other repetitive tasks • Develop useful prompts, processes, and AI workflows specific to our business • Help us understand where Claude should complement Asana rather than create another disconnected system Team Training • Provide hands-on training for our team • Train different team members based on how they actually use the platforms • Create simple guidelines and repeatable processes the team can continue using after the engagement • Help create team adoption and consistency, not just introduce new tools Who We’re Looking For Someone who: • Has advanced, hands-on experience with Asana • Has strong working knowledge of Claude and practical AI implementation • Understands workflow design, operations, and process improvement • Can look at the big picture while also getting into the details of how a team works • Is comfortable working with a fast-moving, highly collaborative team • Can simplify technology and make it approachable for different skill levels • Has experience training teams and implementing new processes This is a short-term consulting engagement with the goal of leaving us with a stronger Asana infrastructure, practical AI workflows, and a team that knows how to use both effectively.
