Assistant to AI Video & Photo Coordinator — E-commerce Product Content (Short-Term, Possible Long-Term) AI Video & Photo Assistant Needed ASAP — E-commerce Product Content (1 Week, Possible Long-Term) Budget - Fixed price:for the week — see deliverables below Project Description We're a retail and e-commerce solutions company that helps brands and retailers grow across Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, Shopify, and social platforms. We need an AI Video & Photo Coordinator to cover a short-term gap starting immediately — our regular team member is out next week and we can't fall behind on client deliverables. This is a 1-week engagement to start, with strong potential to become an ongoing/long-term role if the fit is right and the work is delivered on time and at quality. You should be able to start within the next 1–2 days. What You'll Do - Create product images, lifestyle images, infographics, comparison graphics, and short-form videos for e-commerce listings, ads, and social - Use AI creative tools (mostly Claude) to generate and enhance content quickly - Produce marketplace-ready assets for Amazon (including A+ Content), Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, and Shopify - Turn product specs and features into clear, benefit-driven visuals - Follow brand guidelines and marketplace image/video requirements - Organize and deliver files with clear naming conventions via Google Drive What We Need From You - A portfolio showing e-commerce product content: image sets, infographics, lifestyle shots, or short-form video - Comfort working fast across multiple SKUs without sacrificing quality or accuracy - Proficiency with AI creative tools - Strong attention to detail (spelling, product accuracy, brand consistency) - Availability during Eastern Time business hours this week - Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal onboarding Nice to Have - Experience with Amazon A+ Content, brand store graphics, or comparison charts - Experience creating Meta/TikTok ad creative - Experience with electronics, appliances, home goods, or general merchandise categories Deliverables for This Week wil be shared once contacted To Apply Please include: - 2–3 examples of relevant e-commerce creative work - Confirmation you can start within 1–2 days (August, 18th 8am EST the latest) Please see attached file to fill out our filter form, we also need you to have your Upwork application and your Cover Letter starting with PINK CLOUDS, to make sure you read the whole description.
