AI Assistant and Customer Support — Consultation and Written Plan

Looking for one developer in Europe for a short paid consultation on adding an AI assistant and AI-supported customer service to an existing webshop — Laravel backend, Next.js storefront. The assistant should handle product questions, order status, and routine support requests. Everyone on the project is a PHP developer and nobody has worked with LLMs, so I need someone who has built this before to point the direction. No implementation for now. You get repository access, look through the code, and deliver a written document covering the development approach, the technology stack you recommend, how it fits with what is already there, and hosting. Expect a few hours of work. Longer-term collaboration is possible later but that is a separate conversation.
