Job description I’m building an ongoing video-production system for two related projects: 1. The Unified Absorption Model (UAM) / The Absorbed Mind — sophisticated YouTube documentary/explainer content about psychology, consciousness, behavior, hypnosis, attention, automaticity, anxiety, addiction, identity, and change. 2. Boise Hypnosis / BoiseHypnotherapist.com — shorter client-facing educational videos explaining UAM-based hypnotherapy, automatic patterns, treatment, anxiety, nicotine cessation, habits, performance, and related topics. This is not a generic faceless YouTube automation job. I am not looking for someone to take a script and fill the screen with random stock footage, generic B-roll, glowing brains, disconnected AI-generated clips, or template animation. I am also not expecting you to independently invent the entire conceptual treatment. I will provide unusually detailed creative direction, including: finished narration/script scene-by-scene visual treatment storyboard/visual blueprint intended metaphors and explanatory concepts diagrams and information-design direction typography and motion-graphics concepts guidance on when to use AI-generated visuals, stock, archival material, screenshots, or animation established brand and visual systems Your job is to turn that blueprint into a polished, visually coherent finished video. What I need you to be strong at Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing After Effects or comparable motion-design software clean diagrams, typography, compositing, and information graphics AI image/video generation and integration maintaining visual continuity across AI-generated assets pacing, sound design, music, transitions, color, and final polish following detailed instructions accurately understanding what a visual is supposed to communicate rather than merely making it attractive recognizing when something in the supplied plan will not work and communicating that clearly efficient production suitable for consistent ongoing work Familiarity with tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, Flux, LTX Studio, Pika, ElevenLabs, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is useful. I care much more about the quality of your finished work than about any particular tool list. Visual standard Think sophisticated modern documentary/explainer—not: generic YouTube automation random B-roll repetitive stock footage AI cinematic montage social-media templates cartoon whiteboard explainers excessive flashy transitions Many concepts are abstract psychological mechanisms. The visual treatment must help the viewer understand the idea. Initial paid test Finalists will receive the same paid 60–90-second production test. I will provide: final narration transcript detailed scene-by-scene visual blueprint motion-graphics and diagram direction style/continuity requirements any starting assets needed You will turn it into a polished finished segment. I will evaluate: accuracy in executing the visual concept motion graphics and explanatory clarity visual continuity editing and pacing sound design judgment instruction-following production efficiency This is paid work. I do not ask candidates to produce free custom samples. Ongoing relationship This is intended to become consistent long-term work. Once the production system and quality standard are established, I would prefer to move from hourly billing toward a predictable fixed price per approved finished video. YouTube videos will generally be longer-form documentary/explainer pieces. Boise Hypnosis website videos will generally be shorter, highly focused educational explainers using an already-developed UAM visual and conceptual system. I am looking for one strong long-term production partner—not a high-volume content farm.
