Looking for a licensed attorney (not a paralegal) who can look over legal documents and agreements I've created or received, such as consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, NDAs and things of that nature, to confirm that a document is solid and ready to be signed. Very straightforward and nothing too complex. Success together could lead to more and bigger work together down the line. Please have at least 2 years as a practicing business law attorney and be prompt in your turnaround of assigned tasks. Paying $150.00 an hour.
