NJ Attorney Needed – for Docketed Consumer Fraud Case (PAS-L-002818-26)

I am seeking New Jersey counsel to take over representation of an already-docketed Superior Court case (PAS-L-002818-26). Background In 2020 I entered into a home-improvement and solar transaction on my multi-family primary residence. The contractor and its representatives made key representations about financing terms (approximately 8.99% interest, soft credit inquiry, and that the financing would be unsecured with no lien or collateral against the property), solar-system performance, federal and state incentives, and electricity-bill savings. These representations induced me to expand what began as limited roof-and-boiler work into a larger $100,000 financed project. After installation, material issues emerged, including inconsistencies in the solar-system configuration actually installed versus what had been represented, undisclosed use of a subcontractor, installation defects (improper wiring and non-code-compliant electrical conditions confirmed by independent inspection), and significant under-performance relative to the production representations. I have continued making the loan payments and have reduced the original principal by more than 50%. The dispute developed only after these problems and documentary inconsistencies became clear. Substantial documentation has already been gathered. What I need Counsel to step in and handle the case from this point forward, including further investigation, possible amendment of the complaint if needed, discovery, strategy, and pursuit of the strongest available remedies under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and related claims. Fee arrangement I am specifically looking for pure contingency or partial/hybrid contingency consistent with NJCFA fee-shifting. Please indicate whether you handle these cases on pure or partial contingency, any typical upfront cost (if any), and how costs (filing fees, experts, etc.) are handled. I am not interested in arrangements that require personal collateral (home, vehicle, or similar). Goals Proper repair and safe operation of the solar systems, accountability of the contractor for the project it sold, full accounting of the financing, possible cancellation or appropriate relief on the remaining loan balance if legally supported, recovery of documented losses where recoverable, and counsel’s recommendation on the most realistic path forward. I can promptly provide the full factual chronology, document index, and additional details to interested counsel.
