Attorney - Telehealth

Position Overview We are seeking a licensed attorney with deep expertise in telehealth, healthcare regulatory law, and digital health to serve as outside regulatory counsel for our telehealth platform. You will work directly with our founders and leadership team to ensure our business is structured correctly from a legal and compliance standpoint as we scale across the United States. This is a strategic advisory role focused on preventing issues before they arise, not simply reviewing contracts after the fact. Responsibilities Advise leadership on federal and state telehealth regulations Guide the legal structure of our telehealth platform as we expand nationally Draft and review: Terms of Service Privacy Policy HIPAA documentation Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) Provider Agreements Medical Director Agreements Pharmacy Agreements Independent Contractor Agreements Vendor Agreements Advise on physician network structures and provider relationships Provide guidance regarding partnerships with pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, and other healthcare vendors Counsel on multi-state telehealth compliance, prescribing requirements, licensure considerations, and evolving regulatory developments Advise on HIPAA, privacy, data security, and healthcare compliance best practices Assist with corporate governance and risk management Review new products, services, and marketing initiatives from a regulatory perspective Provide ongoing legal consultation as the business evolves
