Attorney to draft a sales commission ownership program agreement (Florida company)

We are Franbassador LLC, a Florida company. We are building a program called Homestead. It lets commissioned sales reps, a mix of W-2 employees and 1099 contractors across multiple states, earn permanent ownership of the recurring commission stream on the accounts they close once they hit tenure, account count, retention, and conduct milestones. On a set date, called Title Day, the rep signs a deed. The rate locks at 50 percent of commissionable revenue. It can be sold to another rep with company approval and a company right of first refusal, with seller financing allowed. It can pass to a named beneficiary. There is no buy in. Managers vest into override versions of the same structure. We need this built as a contract right, not equity, not phantom stock, not a security, and not a franchise.
