Audio file editing / combining voice & music for final track

Looking for someone to help finalize audio files for me with an ongoing project I'm working on. I have voice files that need the music files added in. You will need to be comfortable editing the voice files for me to make them more polished, as well as I will have the voice files recorded straight thru and they need to be spaced to appropriate timing. *Example - the voice files might be 4 mins long but I need it paired with the ambient music track I provide to make it 15 mins total. So you'll need to space out the wording in the voice file to make it work. Make sense? Send me a proposal of your hourly rate.
