Audiobook editing and mastering for my self-narrated nonfiction book

I have narrated my nonfiction book myself and need it cleaned up and mastered for wide release (Audible, Apple Books, Spotify, and libraries through a distributor). It is a recovery and self-help book with candid, personal content. About 41,000 words, roughly 4 to 5 finished hours, across 20 chapters plus a short author's note. I recorded it on my phone using an external microphone plugged directly into it, saved as separate voice-memo files, so it needs noise cleanup and consistency across chapters. What I need: - Edit each chapter: remove mistakes, retakes, long pauses, mouth clicks, and distracting breaths, while keeping it natural and not over-processed. - Reduce background noise and even out levels so every chapter matches. - Master to spec (this satisfies Audible and Voices by INaudio): about -20 to -18 dB RMS, peak no louder than -3 dB, noise floor -60 dB or quieter. - Deliver one chapter per file, MP3 at 192 kbps CBR, 44.1 kHz, all files mono or all stereo, with the chapter title read aloud. - Provide separate opening and closing credit files.
