Australia Market Expert for Influencer Marketing Campaign
Worldwide
JOB TITLE: Contractor / Consultant, Client Success LOCATION: Remote POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a contractor to support the execution of influencer campaigns for one of our key health and fitness clients. This individual will serve as our local market expert for Australia, ensuring campaigns are thoughtfully adapted for Australian audiences while supporting day-to-day campaign execution. Working closely with our U.S.-based Client Success team, you'll help localize campaign materials, advise on creator selection and communications, and provide market guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure creator partnerships feel authentic and resonate with Australian audiences. Success in this role means acting as an extension of our Client Success team. Not simply reviewing materials, but applying local market expertise to improve campaign quality, creator experience, and overall performance. TIMING We are looking to begin training a consultant on our workflow by mid-August through June 2027, with the potential to extend in the event of securing additional campaigns. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Execution Support our Client Success Team in reviewing and vetting influencers, with a focus on identifying credible Australian creators and distinguishing genuine Australian audience reach from U.S.-weighted followings. Review influencer profiles to help understand if the content they post aligns with this partnership based on client needs and briefing. Support creator communications across email, WhatsApp, and other channels throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring tone and terminology land correctly with Australian creators. Assist with creator onboarding workflows, including validating creator shipping information and ensuring address formatting aligns with Australian standards (postcode format, state and territory abbreviations, cross-border shipping and customs considerations). Utilize internal campaign management technology and operational tooling to support creator onboarding, tracking, and communication workflows. Cultural Advisory & Localization Adapt U.S.-developed creative briefs for the Australian market, ensuring messaging, tone, examples, references, and creator guidance feel locally relevant while maintaining brand objectives. Localize campaign materials for Australian conventions — including Australian spelling, metric units, currency, seasonality, and regionally appropriate references. Advise on how messaging should flex between markets, recognizing that creator communities across Australia can differ meaningfully in content style, aesthetic, wellness culture, and audience expectations. Provide recommendations during campaign planning around creator trends, platform behaviors, audience expectations, and market-specific considerations across major Australian metros. Assist in reviewing creator content to ensure it aligns with the creative brief, including required disclosures, and flag where Australian disclosure and advertising standards (Ad Standards / AANA Code of Ethics, ACCC guidance) differ from U.S. FTC practice. Help interpret creator content holistically — not just captions, but visuals, audio, hashtags, and prior post history — to assess alignment with the client's brand values and local audience expectations. QUALIFICATIONS Remote work; with availability at least weekly to communicate with account team based in US (standard business hours 9:30–6pm ET). Available as needed to attend trainings or internal meetings throughout the duration of the campaign. Can speak and write fluently in English to communicate with our internal team and with creators. Experience working with influencers and/or social media marketing in the Australian market. Demonstrated familiarity with the Australian creator landscape, including active creators, agencies, and regional content trends. Cultural fluency in Australian wellness/fitness creator communities. Working knowledge of Australian advertising disclosure requirements and how they differ from U.S. standards. Sound judgment in flagging gray-area content or creator profiles for internal review rather than making unilateral go/no-go calls. Picks up new things quickly and can adapt to change in our fast-paced environment. Available to work up to 10 hours per week (hours will be dependent on the campaign stage and # of talent to secure per campaign) through the program term.
