Job Title: Freelance Insurance Auditor for Car Leasing Operation Job Description: We are a small but growing car leasing company, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Auditor to ensure that all our insurance policies are up to date and compliant with our requirements. As our insurance auditor, your main responsibility will be to audit our insurance policies weekly, ensuring that coverage remains active, payment methods are valid, and that all relevant information is recorded properly. Key Responsibilities: Audit insurance policies on a weekly basis to ensure they are valid and up to date. Check that all insurance payment methods are active and valid, addressing any issues with expired payments. Ensure no policies have been cancelled and that any changes or renewals are properly documented. Maintain accurate records of policy details and driver information. Create and maintain templates for recording policy information with drivers. Assist in developing and improving the system for tracking insurance status and ensuring continuous coverage. Provide weekly updates and reports on insurance status. Skills & Requirements: Previous experience in insurance auditing or a related field (preferably in leasing, rental, or automotive insurance). Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and proactively resolve issues. Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and potentially external insurance providers. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and suggest improvements to current systems. Ability to use basic office software (Google Sheets, Excel) and be comfortable working with digital record-keeping systems. A proactive, problem-solving approach to managing and maintaining policies. Payment & Hours: $25 per week for an estimated 4- 5 hours of work. Flexible working hours, but audits must be completed weekly.
